1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VibeRepeater ("the app"), developed by VibePiper (a DBA of Chris DRT LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeRepeater. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

VibeRepeater is a radio-to-PTT bridging application that connects two-way radio audio to ZelloWork push-to-talk channels via an Android device. The app acts as a relay — capturing radio audio and transmitting it to ZelloWork, and playing ZelloWork audio through the connected radio.

4. Radio Licensing & Compliance

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate radio licenses for your jurisdiction (e.g., FCC license for amateur or commercial frequencies).
• Complying with all applicable radio communication regulations.
• Operating radio equipment within legal parameters.
• Not interfering with emergency or licensed radio services.

VibePiper does not provide radio licensing and is not responsible for your compliance with radio regulations.

5. Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes.
• Interfere with emergency radio communications.
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content.
• Operate without required radio licenses.
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

7. Hardware Requirements

• You are responsible for providing compatible radio equipment and audio cables.
• Damage to equipment from improper use is your responsibility.
• Not all radio models are compatible — see our website for supported hardware.

8. Third-Party Services

VibeRepeater connects to ZelloWork, a third-party PTT service. Your use of ZelloWork is subject to Zello's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Audio is transmitted in real-time, never stored.
• We do not sell your data.
• The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. You may remove ads through a one-time in-app purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

• VibeRepeater and its content are protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
• VibeRepeater is a trademark of Chris DRT LLC, doing business as VibePiper.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all radio equipment.
• Suitability for mission-critical or life-safety communications.
• Audio quality or transmission reliability.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRIS DRT LLC (DBA VIBEPIPER), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Communication failures or delays.
• Damage to radio equipment.
• Regulatory violations by users.
• Actions of other users on shared channels.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chris DRT LLC (DBA VibePiper), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app.
• Your violation of these terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Your violation of radio communication regulations.
• Any content you transmit through the app.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, especially regarding radio regulations compliance.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation.
• Binding arbitration (for individual claims).
• Courts in Indiana (for claims not subject to arbitration).

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chris DRT LLC (DBA VibePiper) regarding this app.
